Pizza Hut bringing hot dog-stuffed crust pizza to the U.S. starting June 18

Pizza Hut has confirmed they will be bringing their hot dog-stuffed crust pizza to the U.S. after years of being sold in the U.K.

The crust consists of individual hot dog bites, 28 to be exact, so that we can eat them individually instead of part of one continuous hot dog pizza crust. A version of it was available in South Korea as far back as 2007.

A spokesperson for the pizza company told Today.com, “We wanted to do it in a way that was true to the way that an American would interact with two of their favorite foods.”

The rep added, “We haven't done it this way anywhere else around the world and we think we really nailed it. Especially with the mustard on the side [instead of a mustard drizzle]."

The Hot Dog Bites Pizza will be available sooner than later, starting June 18. It starts at $11.99 for a single-topping pizza order.
