Pacific Sunwear is under fire and angering shoppers by selling a T-shirt with an upside down American flag on it this Memorial Day.
The upside down flag is meant to signify severe distress, such as “extreme danger to life or property.”
PacSun has yet to address the controversy, but angry shoppers have taken to social media to upload photos of the display that features the T-shirt on a mannequin and vowing not to shop there anymore.
The shirt is not only being sold in stores but it’s available online as well.
