Azealia Banks is stirring up the pot again on Twitter, saying she doesn’t care about being nominated for a BET Award because there’s no point.
Banks is not at all grateful for her Best Female Hip-Hop Artist nomination, which was announced on Monday, in fact she wishes she wasn’t nominated at all.
She took to Twitter after the nominations were announced and called it a "running joke” that Nicki Minaj wins every year.
“I really hate getting nominated for @bet awards. They're so bogus,” she started off writing. “The female rap award at the bet awards goes to nicki every year, it's not even a real award anymore lol it's a bit of a running joke.”
She then went after Minaj’s fanbase, anticipating backlash for what she wrote, in addition to slamming the “black media.”
Banks, who is known for speaking her mind – especially about Iggy Azalea – called the urban and black media “so stupid and pointless” because she predicts them running headlines that she’s dissing Minaj in her rant.

3,2,1 all the urban media sites gonna run a headline saying I'm throwing shots. Black media is so stupid and pointless. What a shitty cycle.
