Man dances to Michael Jackson's 'Beat It' amid Baltimore riots, protests

There’s a whole lot going on in the city of Baltimore, Maryland right now, but one man decided to set himself apart from the rioters and break out into a performance of Michael Jackson’s “Beat It.”

A reporter from NBC, Shomari Stone, captured the moment and tweeted it to his followers. It quickly went viral.

A curfew has been enforced and a state of emergency was issued after riots started over the death of Freddie Gray, who was killed by a police officer.

The dancer has been identified as Dimitri Reeves, Baltimore Sun reports. He first danced on top of a truck so everyone could see him and later in the night on Monday he performed right in the street, which is the video captured by Stone.
