A superfan of both Legos and The Golden Girls combined their love for each by recreating the characters using the age old plastic toys.
Sam Hatmaker from New York took it upon himself to get pretty elaborate with his recreation of Dorothy, Rose, Sophia, Blanche and Stanley, by actually setting up the set and even adding in a guest star.
NewNowNext reports Hatmaker added a Burt Reynolds character and arguably the show’s fifth roommate – a cheesecake!
Hatmaker even recreated memorable scenes like Dorothy playing “Grab That Dough” and Rose shooting Blanche’s vase with a gun.
Since this Lego recreation has gone viral, there’s actually a possibility of the company selling Golden Girls Legos.
Fans can now vote on the Lego Ideas program page, where it's explained the set-up is “meticulously recreated to have opening cupboards and fridge in the kitchen, Wicker Sofa and Chairs, a hallway backdrop, a storage closet in the kitchen, and an outdoor area with potted plants and a hose.”
