Drake has broken his silence on Madonna blindsiding him onstage during his headlining set at Coachella by initiating a make-out session.
The If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late rapper looked disgusted by their kiss, which spurred a big reaction on social media.
Sources then told TMZ it was Madonna’s lipstick Drake was disgusted by, not her. Drake has now taken to Instagram to post a photo of the kiss and defend Madonna.
“Don't misinterpret my shock!! I got to make out with the queen Madonna and I feel about that forever. Thank you @madonna,” he wrote.
Drake had no idea she was planning on kissing him prior to her surprise cameo. They had only discussed her dancing around him as he sat down in a chair. Madonna came out to his song appropriately titled, “Madonna.”
