Tamera Mowry-Housley and Adam Housley are expecting a baby girl

Tamera Mowry found out the sex of her baby during a taping of her show The Real on Thursday from her husband Adam Housley.

The former Sister, Sister star only revealed they were expecting their second child on Monday and up until today, she wanted the gender to be a surprise.

However, her co-host, Tamar Braxton, somehow coaxed her into finding out the sex while they were filming the show. Braxton called Housley, who already knew the sex, and got Mowry-Housley all excited to the point she wanted to know.

On Twitter, she wrote, “IT’S A GIRL! Adam told me the gender of our baby today while taping #TheReal and I was so surprised and excited!!"

Mowry-Housley and her husband, a Fox News correspondent, are already parents to 2-year-old Aden.

She confirmed her second pregnancy in an Instagram post, writing “We are thrilled to announce we are#ClearblueConfirmed! Can't wait to meet baby #2! Love Clearblue's pregnancy test with Smart Countdown. It helped me get through the wait to get my result by counting down with me. #spon.”
