Live television is a doozy. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville caused controversy yet again when she tossed a glass of wine on her co-star Eileen Davidson on Tuesday night’s episode, but what she did on Watch What Happens Live was almost more shocking.
Glanville appeared on Andy Cohen’s late night show with Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis that same night and took offense to his joke about contracting an STD from her, which she wrote about in one of books. She was open about getting one from her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian.
She was asked by a caller to run her hands through Lewis’ hair to prove it was really his. She didn’t react at first but at the end of the show reacted in a big way.
"Before I do this I have to say something to Jeff about the whole 'can you get an STD from me putting my hands through his hair,'" she said. "As long as you wet it …I think you'll be fine,” she said, throwing her glass of wine in his face, Daily News reports.
Cohen was mystified by the whole ordeal and Lewis told her "I can't believe I defended you,” about her throwing a glass of wine on Davidson.
She then turned her chair around to cry as Lewis apologized and Cohen squirmed to try and remedy the situation.
It turned out to all be a joke, as Glanville later explained on Twitter.
“People @JLJeffLewis & I were joking!We are good friends !I turned around cuz I couldn't stop laughing we wanted to fool Andy! #wefooledandy,” she wrote.
