A restaurateur featured on Sunday's episode of CBS’ Undercover Boss is under fire for the decisions he made for his business after spending time with his employees. One woman got fired because she wouldn’t wear a bikini with cameras rolling, while another was offered a boob job.
The episode featured Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill CEO Doug Guller, who calls his restaurant “America’s first breastaurant.” He has several locations throughout Texas and requires all his waitresses to wear bikinis.
At the end of the episode, Guller makes decisions on how he will change his business. one of those changes is firing Jessica, who usually does wear a bikini. However, while cameras taped the episode, she decided not to.
“That was a big bummer from my point of view,” Guller tells her, notes Time. He also complains that she overserved one customer and openly told Guller (while he was undercover) that she hoped that she wouldn’t always be a waitress there. All that was apparently enough to get her fired.
Guller loved his time with Grace though, calling her the “model bikinis babe.” However, he did have a few criticisms, like her obsession with checking her phone. If she could avoid that, she will get... free breast augmentation. While some on Twitter criticized Guller for that, Grace is genuinely excited about it.
