Teresa and Joe Giudice's home raided by feds who seized property for unpaid restitution (Report)

It looks like Teresa and Joe Giudice won’t be having such a Merry Christmas this year, which is their last they will spend together in a few years.

Although the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has already paid back $200,000 in restitution, they haven’t set up a payment plan to pay back the rest of the money they owe. As a result, sources say the feds raided their New Jersey mansion this week and seized property.

Sources told RadarOnline they even took their four daughters’ Christmas gifts.

“Plasma televisions, expensive jewelry, cash, and even the kids’ Christmas presents were taken,” said the insider, adding the reality star was home at the time and “had no clue they were coming.”

“She was absolutely hysterical, and begging them not to take the girls’ Christmas presents,” the source continued.

They reportedly owe another $214,000 in restitution, which was part of their sentencing for the multiple fraud charges they were found guilty of.

They’re reportedly still $14.3 million in debt.

Teresa will begin her 15-month sentence on Jan. 5, and it’s rumroed Bravo will show her surrendering to jail during Season 7 of the show. Joe will begin his 41-month sentence when she’s finished serving her time.
