Kesha’s lawyer claims Dr. Luke raped Lady Gaga, but Gaga denies it

Mark Geragos, a lawyer representing singer Kesha, stuck his nose in Lady Gaga’s business, claiming that he knows exactly who raped the “Born This Way” singer - producer Dr. Luke.

Yesterday, while on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM talk show, Gaga said she was raped when she was only 19 years old and wrote the song “Swine” about the experience. She said she had to go to mental, physical and emotional therapy in the years after the rape.

Geragos tweeted a link to a story about Gaga’s comments, adding, “Guess who the rapists was?” When some of his followers asked if he was referring to Dr. Luke, he responded “#bingo” and “#ohyes.”

But Gaga’s rep told TMZ that Geragos is completely false, although the rep declined to say who Gaga’s attacker was.

Dr. Luke’s rep also blasted Geragos’ comments, saying that the two have only met twice. “He has never been alone with her and never touched her. Neither meeting was in that time frame reported,” the rep stated.

“I said it because it's true,” Geragos told TMZ, claiming that the Bill Cosby scandal has “made others more courageous about coming out.”

Dr. Luke and Kesha are currently in a legal battle, since the “Tik Tok” singer claims the producer drugged and raped her. His attorneys have asked a judge to dismiss the case.
