Justin Bieber has knocked Kanye West off the top of Zillow’s annual least desirable neighbors list. He was even voted the title by 34 percent of those surveyed, the largest number for the list so far.
West made the list at No. 2 with his wife, Kim Kardashian, who got 22 percent of the votes.
Bieber standing on the list likely has a lot to do with his egg throwing incident with his former Calabasas, Calif. neighbor, which he was cleared from and reportedly cost $20,000 in damages.
Zillow chief marketing officer, Amy Bohutinsky, gave some more insight as to why he was chosen as the worst celebrity neighbor, saying "From his frequent run-ins with the law to his over-the-top house parties, Justin Bieber has earned himself quite a bad-boy reputation that only continued to build in 2014."
"No one wants to live on the same street as someone accused of reckless driving or egging neighboring homes, which is likely why Bieber received the highest percentage of 'worst' votes in survey history,” she said, CNBC reports.
The list also surveyed the most desirable neighbors, which Jimmy Fallon won for the second year in a row.
UPI reports Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton came in behind him in second place.
