Get ready to spend another weekend with Frank and Claire Underwood. Netflix has announced the season three premiere date for critical darling House of Cards.
Netflix posted a short teaser on Facebook, with the caption, “A special message from the White House.” At the end of the video, which shows Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright walking up to Air Force One, the date Feb. 27, 2015 appears.
Since House of Cards launched last year, it has continued to reap nominations at the Emmys and Golden Globes. Wright won a Golden Globe earlier this year, while the series earned a handful of Emmy nominations and won for sound mixing. In 2013, David Fincher won an Emmy for directing the first episode.
The series is the first original show produced by Netflix. The show quickly earned a third season in February before season two even premiered.
Other members of the cast include Kristen Connolly, Michael Kelly, Michael Gill, Nathan Darrow and Sakina Jaffrey.
