A new Game of Thrones teaser for season five surfaced this week and it is just as short as the previous one. Still, it does feature a new shot of Arya Stark and there’s a close-up of her older sister, Sansa.
The teaser is only meant to be viewed on your phone, but some GoT fans figured out how to save it and post it on YouTube. It was released through the ThreeEyedRaven.com site, which was set up late last month. When you log into the site through Twitter and follow the GoT profile, you will be sent a private message with the links to these teasers, which you can only see once.
The first teaser, which also ran just 10 seconds, featured Arya (Maisie Williams) grabbing her sword, Needle. Arya is also seen in this new teaser in a rowboat with a Braavosi captain. Cersei (Lena Headey) is shown behind bars and Sansa (Sophie Turner) is seen in a close-up at the beginning.
However, as Vanity Fair points out, it does feature some shots that are old. For example, the image of Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) is a familiar one.
Game of Thrones’ fifth season doesn’t have a specific start date yet, but it should be back this Spring.
