Ariana Grande was an honorary Victoria’s Secret angel when she performed at the lingerie brand’s annual fashion show. The “Love Me Harder” singer shared a funny story about what happened on the catwalk, which we will be able to see when the show airs on Tuesday.
She first tweeted that it was a “magical day” and shared some photos from behind the scenes on Instagram.
“A Victoria's Secret angel accidentally smacked me in the face with her wings and it was awesome #goals #bangbangintomyface,” she then wrote.
She was referring to model Elsa Hosk, who hit Grande with her massive angel wings while walking down the runway. Thankfully she didn’t get knocked over, and it’s great to see she had a good sense of humor about it.
EW notes Grande appeared onstage during the show’s "University of Pink" portion, wearing black above the knee boots with “Pink” etched on to the top.
The photo of Grande’s terrified look on her face and backing down to avoid getting hit will surely be one of the most memorable from this year’s show.
