Megan Fox calls herself a 'loner' and 'outcast' while promoting 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'

While promoting Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles at Comic-Con this week, Megan Fox was asked if she’s ever been a nerd. While her answer was no, she did offer up another description of her personality.

The actress and mother of two, told USA Today she’s always been somewhat of a “loner” or an “outcast,” never having that many friends in high school or middle school.

Fox has two sons with her husband, Brian Austin Green; Noah, almost 2, and newborn Bodhi.

She previously opened up about juggling motherhood with a film career, saying her heart is definitely more invested in her children than working.

“It’s so hard to be a working mom especially when your heart is not in your work, when your heart is with your family,” she told Parents Magazine. "I have to make one movie a year because I have to invest in their future and I have to be able to pay their way through college and be able to provide for them.”

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theaters Aug. 8.
