Jessica Simpson is known for her ditzy, yet lovable personality, as first introduced to viewers of MTV’s Newlyweds, and a new reports suggests she hasn’t changed a bit. The mom of two, who married Eric Johnson on Saturday in Montecito, Calif., reportedly flubbed her marriage vows during the ceremony.
They got married at San Ysidro Ranch in front of over 250 guests and sources say that she was so nervous when reciting her vows that she called her now-husband by her own name.
According to E! Online, she wasn’t the only one who choked. Johnson also flubbed his vows, having to start over again after getting too choked up the first time around.
Simpson’s father, Joe Simpson, officiated the wedding while the couple’s kids – 2 year old Maxwell and 1 year old Ace – were involved as well. Maxwell was the flower girl, who was walked down the aisle by Ashlee Simpson’s son Bronx, 5, and Ace was the ring bearer.
