A Michigan woman was arrested after she posted on Facebook that she beat a Breathalyzer test even though she drank on that day.
According to WDIV, Colleen Cudney, who was on probation for a drunken driving conviction in 2012, was called in for a random breath test.
Cudney passed the test, but in a move she undoubtedly regrets, she took to Facebook to express her relief about it.
“Buzz killer for me, I had to breathalyze (sic) this morning and I drank yesterday but I passed thank god lol my dumba@@," she wrote.
According to the Daily Mail, a Westland, Mich. officer saw her post the next day. He then contacted her probation officer, who called the 22-year-old to go in for a urine test, which would show alcohol from the previous day. Cudney instead hung up on the officer.
By ignoring the orders, she violated her probation, which was expected to end in a few weeks and was arrested.
She could be sentenced to 93 days in jail.
