The backlash from John Travolta butchering Broadway star Idina Menzel’s name at the 86th Annual Academy Awards this past Sunday continues. The producers of Menzel’s Broadway show If/Then have joined in on making fun of the mishap by printing “Adele Dazeeem” on the playbill.
Menzel’s cast-member in the show, Janet Krupin, took to Twitter to show the playbill.

Daily News notes the playbill was for the dress rehearsal on Tuesday and likely won’t be given out in any formal capacity. However, they also referred to Menzel’s previous roles as Ephraima in Wicke-ly and Mortiz in Trent – which refers to Elphaba in Wicked and Maureen Johnson in Rent.
Travolta has since apologized for the gaffe, saying in a statement, “I've been beating myself up all day. Then I thought...What would Idina Menzel say? She'd say, 'Let it go, let it go!' Idina is incredibly talented and I am so happy Frozen took home two Oscars Sunday night!"
Travolta made the slip-up when introducing Menzel’s performance of “Let It Go” from Frozen at Sunday’s Oscars.
