Brett Rossi, the porn star that Charlie Sheen is now engaged to marry, is actually still married to another man, Jonathan Ross. Sheen’s rep said that the actor is aware and that he’s confident that the legal system will work itself out.
Over the weekend, Rossi revealed to E! News that Sheen popped the question and she said yes. Rossi said that she really didn’t expect it and they “had a beautiful Valentine's day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise.”
The only thing standing in the way of their marriage though, is the little fact that Rossi is still legally married to Ross. Radar Online reports that Ross filed for divorce on July 18, 2013. Rossi, who is being represented by Sheen’s attorney, Mark Gross, didn’t respond until Jan. 30. The two were married for a year and did not have any children.
In a statement to E! News, Sheen’s rep said that the Anger Management star knows about the situation, as there are “no secrets” between the happy couple.
“Charlie is well aware that Brett has been separated for over two years from this man,” the publicist said. “Paperwork has been filed and it is going through the court system.”
Meanwhile, Sheen has been busy on Twitter. He recently revealed that Rossi is a big fan of Robert De Niro.
