Ring in the New Year with Billy Joel, who just joined the lineup of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
Joel will take to the stage and perform five minutes into the new year at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, HitFix reports.
Ryan Seacrest is hosting the five and a half hour special on ABC with Jenny McCarthy alongside as an additional host from Times Square, while Fergie helps out from Los Angeles.
Some other musical artists that will be performing during New Year's Eve are Robin Thick, Fall Out Boy, Icona Pop, Ariana Grande and others.
Miley Cyrus will be there too after canceling plans to spend time with Pharell Williams at the Fountainbleau Miami Beach hotel.
Instead, she was asked to perform just before midnight and she tweeted earlier in December her apologies to anyone who was looking forward to see the pop star in Miami.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Joel would be performing monthly at another New York NBA's team's home, Madison Square Garden.
The shows in January through April had already sold out by the time the date for the May show had been announced.
