Scott, Brooke Mueller's brother, wins temporary guardianship of Charlie Sheen's twins

Brooke Mueller's brother, Scott, has won temporary custody of his sister and Charlie Sheen's twin boys Bob and Max. Good luck to him.

According to TMZ is reporting that Scott filed to get custody of the two boys and was awarded temporary guardianship since no one else in the family seems to be responsible enough.

Scott could potentially have the kids as early as Friday night as the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services has also agreed to let him have custody of his sister's twins.

News broke earlier in the week that Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards wanted nothing more to do with the twins.

She had won temporary guardianship in May as Mueller struggled with substance abuse, but couldn't handle those boys in her house anymore. Richards wrote a letter to DCFS outlining the poor behavior of the boys and how they made her family's life hell.

The twins would go into a "zombie-like state" before beginning their sociopathic behavior. Bob and Max liked to torture both her daughters and their pets. The dogs are subjected to kicks and being strangled.

On Thursday, everyone got together for a meeting with DCFS, but Mueller lashed out at Richards throughout the meeting, Daily Mail reports.

Reports say that Mueller became "extremely combative" and had a "temper tantrum" as "she felt Denise was making her look like a bad mother."
