Judge denies Brooke Mueller's request for a temporary restraining order against Charlie Sheen

A judge has rejected Brooke Mueller’s request to obtain a restraining order against former Two and a Half Men star and ex Charlie Sheen, whom she shares twin boys with.

Mueller filed the request for a temporary restraining order following Sheen’s public statements, comparing Mueller’s parenting to a “horror show.”

She quoted him in the paperwork as saying, "[T]here will be a reckoning. There will be a whirlwind. That they will all reap while desperate begging for my forgiveness. You've all been warned. I will exercise every resource at my disposal. I will, I will, I will, I will empty my entire war chest and if I can't get it done, I know a guy who can, TMZ reports.

Mueller has been dealing with drug addiction issues for a while, although she maintains she’s sober now.

We previously reported Mueller lost custody of the twins, Bob and Max, back in May and Sheen’s other ex-wife, Denise Richards, got temporary custody of them. Richards was recently seen trick-or-treating with the kids.
