Actor Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, are in the midst of a public custody war, which was sparked when Sheen called her a bad parent. Then, Denise Richards - Sheen’s other ex-wife - said she no longer wants their twins around her children. At this stage, Sheen is hoping to get full custody of their twin boys and is ready for a war against Mueller and the Los Angeles County Dept. of Children and Family Services.
On Monday, Mueller tried to get a restraining order against Sheen, citing his public comments about her “horror show” parenting. That request was denied. The next day, a letter Richards wrote to the DCFS about their sons’ poor behavior was obtained by TMZ. In it, Richards claims that the twins have tortured her pets and have behaved poorly around her three daughters, so she no longer wants custody of them.
In that letter, Richard blamed Mueller for the poor behavior, not Sheen, who is also fighting Mueller. Sheen told TMZ that he thinks DCFS is protecting Mueller.“I am beyond their timid lying morality, therefore I am beyond caring,” he stated, borrowing a quote from his father’s famous movie Apocalypse Now.
“What my family and I are forced to deal with in the last 4 years, lives outside the pale of any acceptable conduct or decency,” Sheen told the site. “I am battling an amorphous enemy that needs to be swiftly disempowered.”
Sheen also commented on pictures TMZ obtained that showed his son Bob with bruises. He said he will do whatever he can to get DCFS to protect his children. “These crimes against my children will be exposed,” the Anger Management actor said. “These war criminals will be hanged at dusk to a cheering and jeering crowd, gathered together in love in support of all children who are mercilessly discarded like garbage by CPS. Which by the way stands for 'CAN'T PROTECT SHITE.'”
Sheen isn’t limiting his comments to TMZ, though. He also posted a picture on Twitter of a slice of cake with a fake grenade.
