Elizabeth Olsen confirmed by Samuel L. Jackson to be in 'Age of Ultron'

In an interview, Samuel L. Jackson confirmed that Elizabeth Olsen has joined The Avengers 2: Age of Ultron.

In talking with The Wall Street Journal, the Nick Fury actor casually mentioned she had joined the cast.

Jackson mentioned her name when talking about filming sets saying, "I know we're shooting in London, that James Spader is Ultron and going to be the bad guy, and that we added Ms. [Elizabeth] Olsen [who will play the Scarlet Witch], but I don't know what she's doing, if she's on the inside or the outside. I haven't seen a script."

It was previously reported back in August that the Martha Marcy May Marlene actress was in the running for the role of the Scarlet Witch in the Avenger's sequel.

Olsen, who is the younger sister to Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, has seen her career start to take off. The actress can be seen in the upcoming Kill Your Darlings with Daniel Radcliffe, and in 2014 she'll be appearing in the new Godzilla movie and the Oldboy remake.
