Snoop Lion was in high spirits after winning a pound of marijuana from betting on the Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Alvarez fight.
The rapper formerly known as Snoop Dog posted a picture of him holding a bag of marijuana he says he won off a Mexican named Lui, TMZ reports. Lui had picked Canelo to win the fight.
In addition to the picture, he also added a message saying, "Thanks to the champ money may for winning me a pound from my mexican buddy Lui !! U r the pound for pound best! N I'm gonna smoke 2 dat !!! Hahahahahahahah."
According to New York Daily News, the fight was held Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The fight was hugely hyped and attracted a large audience.
When Snoop Lion isn't winning weed from bets, the reggae singer is donating money. He donated money for the funeral of 6-year-old Tiana Rick who was shot and killed recently. Fellow rapper The Game also donated $10,000 to the little girl's family.
