Amber Riley blew everyone away during the premiere of Dancing with the Stars this week and she’s now saying her show Glee is more difficult than training for a mirror ball trophy.
After receiving a 27 out of 30 on Monday night, Riley admitted, "Glee is more grueling [than] DWTS. Trust me.”
However, her professional partner, Derek Hough, is pretty adamant that the competition will get much tougher as she goes on.
"Ask her again in a few weeks," he told Us Weekly. "DWTS is live and it's one take, so this is eventually going to be harder.”
Hough also gushed about Riley, who has become a fan favorite already, that she’s really good at retaining the information she’s taught quickly.
“I saw right away she was really good at maintaining the things I was teaching her. She would come in the next day and have retained that information. We were able to get better and better. I'm going to whoop her a-- now!" he said.
