Jersey Shore fans will get a double dose of Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi this fall. Not only is she going to be competing on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars, but her spin-off with Jenni ‘JWOWW’ Farley will be returning in October.
MTV said that Snooki & JWOWW will return on Oct. 22 at 10 p.m., after new Akward episodes. The new season will feature Snooki, her fiance Jionni LaValle and their son, Lorenzo, moving into a new home on the Jersey Shore just minutes away from JWOWW’s house with fiance Roger Matthews.
While Snooki & JWOWW isn’t drawing Jersey Shore-level numbers, The Hollywood Reporter notes that the previous season averaged 2.4 million viewers. It also had a 2.2 rating in MTV’s target 12-34 demographic. The show is produced by 495 Productions.
Snooki was on hand with the other new DWTS castmembers last week, when they were introduced on Good Morning America. She will be competing against Valerie Harper, Leah Remini, Corbin Bleu, Elizabeth Berkley, Amber Riley and Christina Milian. The season kicks off on Monday.
