Kourtney Kardashian has been dogged by claims that her boyfriend Scott Disick is not the father of her son, Mason Disick. Male model Michael Girgenti has previously asked for a paternity test and is now seeking joint custody of Mason.
Back in May, Girgenti asked for a paternity test, writing letters to Kardashian and Disick. Girgenti and Kardashian met at a 944 Magazine photoshoot and Girgenti said the encounter lead to them having a romantic relationship. They had sex and nine-months later, Mason was born, according to Girgenti. These are claims that the Kardashian family have denied.
Now, TMZ is reporting that Girgenti filed a paternity suit, seeking joint custody of Mason.
In the documents, he claims that the August 2008 photoshoot lead to a three-month texting relationship. In March 2009, he alleges that her relationship with Disick was “on the outs” and Kardashian needed someone to “hang” with. So, she chose Girgenti and the two met in Glendale for "unprotected vaginal sex.” He added, “I ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina.”
He said that he tried to contact Kardashian and Disick after the baby’s birth, but they never got back to him. He requested that a judge order a DNA test be taken and the judge did set a hearing for September.
Shawn Holley, Kardashian’s lawyer, told TMZ that the claims are “false and defamatory.”
Kardashian and Disick are also the parents of Penelope, who was born in July 2012.
