DMX has been arrested on DUI charges once again. He was taken into custody around 3am in South Carolina and he was already out an hour later.
The rapper has a history of over 10 arrests, his most recent being in February for driving without a license. He was taken into the Greenville County Detention Center and TMZ has already obtained his mug shot.
DMX, real name Earl Simmons, was also charged with driving without a license.

WYFF Greenville reports Simmons was arrested in Spartanburg County last year when cops spotted him parking and going inside a store despite the cops giving him tickets for not having a license while driving.
At the tine, the car was turned over to the passenger of the car, who did have a license and who was also a registered owner of the car. He had been issued tickets by the Greer and Duncan county police before getting arrested.
