Brooke Mueller had her twins Bob and Max, 4, with ex husband Charlie Sheen taken away from her last Thursday and despite reports she’s undergoing rehab again, a new report says she refused treatment on Friday.
Mueller was held at the UCLA Medican Center but once she sobered up, she was released. Staff didn’t know where to went after she got the green light to be released.
“After Brooke sobered up on Friday, she was released from the involuntary psych hold because she was deemed to not be a danger to herself, or others, and her current whereabouts are unknown,” a source said, Yahoo reports.
Although doctors recommended she get treatment, she “refused” and under the law, she couldn’t be held any longer.
Her family and friends “are sick with worry. Her cell phone is off, and Brooke hasn’t spoken to her family in several days,” said a source.
Meanwhile, RadarOnline reports Sheen’s other ex wife, Denise Richards, will keep the 4 year old twins for now.
A source said of the boys being taken from Mueller and given to Richards, “DCFS had been investigating and monitoring Brooke Mueller’s care of her twins for at least four months. An investigation was opened because of her ongoing alleged drug use around the boys, and her inability to care for them.”
“Denise has told social workers that the boys can stay with her for as long as necessary,” the source continued. “She has stepped up big time and the social workers are amazed at the love she has for the boys.”
