3. Shaq aka Big Fella
Now, Shaq was great in this film mostly because he acted really well. Shaq has received lots of criticism in the past for his role in the 1996 movie Kazaam where he plays a magic genie.

But in the movie Uncle Drew, Shaq plays Big Fella who held some serious animosity and grudges against Uncle Drew for sleeping with his girl before the championships—the big reason why the team broke up. And the Kung Fu master with the Wolverine mustache plays this role really well.

The magic of the movie for Big Fella was the club and the hospital scenes. Everyone knows that Shaq can dance and as Big Fella, his moves seemed even more refined in the club as he isolated his body and waved through it with his arms in a smooth with a smooth combo.

the last scene where Big Fella has to watch the finals from the hospital is hilarious and textbook Shaq.
He goes looking for the remote in his hospital gown and then he bombards a random TV and flips to the game as he comically roots for his Harlem Buckets. The final scene is a classic of him with his cheeks hanging out as he celebrates—classic Shaq.
