10. Link (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild)
The Hero of Time and all (of age) incarnations always had a noble glamor about him, but every NPC in the latest installment of the legendary series has it bad for Link. From Paya, the sweet and shy granddaughter of Sheikah elder Impa, to Mipha, the Zora princess who had her heart set on marrying the hero, to Rola, owner of the arrow shop in Kakariko Village who, after talking to her about how alluring she finds archers, gives you the sidequest “Arrows of Burning Heat.” All of Hyrule has fallen for its hero, including Nintendo itself, it seems—why else would they give us the option to complete the entire game with Link only in boxers?
