9. Mrs. Doubtfire
In another Robin Williams film, Mrs. Doubtfire tells the story of a divorced man who, in order to see his children more often than the once a week the court allowed, disguises himself as an old woman and becomes their nanny. While the film provides a good look at the pain that comes when parents divorce, it is filled with jokes and close calls that has the audience rooting for the eccentric, doesn't-make-enough-money dad to get away with the charade just to remain close to his children. The film shows just how crazy the measures can be to which a dad can resort just to be able to see his children.
