6. Sebulba
The trouble with the prequels is that so much went into the design of background characters, but so little care was put into the actual stories. That probably explains why we have all these cool characters on display in the Pod Race sequence in The Phantom Menace. Sebulba, Anakin’s chief rival, looks the coolest. I mean, he’s got hands where his feet should be. How nice is that?
