10. Plo Koon
Plo Koon appeared on the Jedi Council in all three of the prequel films and benefits from one of the coolest designs for a Jedi. While it was always disappointing that the Jedi didn’t get cool outfits in the prequels, they did get great heads at least. Koon is a Kel Dor and they do not actually breathe oxygen. They can actually survive in the vacuum of space, a trait used in early episodes of The Clone Wars.
