8. Mama Mia
Created by BevMo! mixologist Jordan Catapano, the Mama Mia has a bright lemon flavor with a twist of anise.
Ingredients:
4 oz. New Age Brut
½ oz. Caravella Limoncello
1 oz. Pastis Prado Liqueur
¼ oz. lemon juice
Lemon twist garnish
Directions:
Combine the Caravella, Pastis, and lemon juice in a champagne flute and stir. Tilt the glass to a forty-five-degree angle, then slowly add the New Age Brut. Garnish with a twist and serve.
