9. El Pisco Kid
This recipe, courtesy of Chef Jaime Chavez of Sirena Cocina Latina, adds some Latin flair to breakfast in bed.

Ingredients:
2 ½ oz. of Pisco
1 oz. of lime juice
½ oz. of simple syrup
1 egg white
4 dashes of bitters.
Directions:
Add Pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and one egg white in a shaker tin. Shake the tin about 10-15 times with force and without ice to create foam. Once foam is formed, re-shake with ice and strain into glass. Add bitters over the foam and serve.
