4. Cliques still exist, but exclusionary practices are out in the open
Someone who may not be part of the gang, might be left out from lunches and outings in the open. You know may know that there is a group that typically meets for drinks after work, but you aren’t included. If that’s not awkward enough, you get to hear them talk about all of the good times they had without you.
