In 2017 the Oscar for Best Picture was incorrectly announced. The cast of "La La Land" took the stage after Faye Dunaway announced them winners. But it was quickly realized the envelope containing Emma Stone's name as Best Actress had been given to presenter Warren Beatty and it was "Moonlight" which had won the award.
