5. That one Hopper + Joyce moment (Season 2, Episode 9)
The amount of conversations I’ve had with people as to whether Hopper and Joyce are going to hook up later on in the series has been utterly insane. Personally, I don’t ever see it happening; they’re two very different people who have a different kind of relationship. Even still, that doesn’t take away anything from that moment outside the Snowball when they share a cigarette. They’ve both been through a lot together, and the fact that they’re both still alive and can hold each other in this moment means everything.
