10. Hawkins Lab visit (Season 2, Episode 1)
Hopper may not look like he cares. Sometimes he might even act like he doesn’t care. But, deep down, he really does care. That’s why he makes the trip to Hawkins lab with Joyce and Will — simply because he cares. Yeah, he stays to talk to the new guy running the lab after the meeting to make sure they’re all on the same page for how to go forward, but the fact that he took out that time just to be with Joyce says a lot about his character.
