5. "The Advanced "Time-Skip" Fights Back?! Will It Come Forth? Goku's New Technique! Episode -- 39
This is the final battle in the Universe Tournament which was created thanks to a clash between the two Gods of Destruction, Beerus and Champa. The battle between Universe 7’s Goku versus Universe 6’s Hit.
The assassin Hit had outdueled Goku to this point with his “Time-Skip” technique, which allowed him to launch attacks into the future with his opponent unable to counter or defend against it. For most of the battle, school was in session for Goku. Hit displayed that even with Goku in his Super Saiyan Blue form that he could advance his technique no matter how much stronger Goku became.
But after realizing that he couldn’t hold back any longer, Goku unleashed the Kaio-Ken times 10 while in his Super Saiyan Blue state, amplifying his speed, senses, and overall ability. The only caveat is that his Kaio-Ken form strains his body so he must eliminate Hit quickly, prompting a maximum Kamehameha attack.
