6. "Body and Soul, Full Power Release! Episode -- 123
In this episode, Goku begins by engaging in battle with Jiren, realizing that his best bet to beat him is strategic, he places energy blasts around the fighting stage using Instant Transmission. The blasts act like mines, as Jiren steps right into Goku’s traps, but Jiren continuously wins their cat and mouse game by avoiding damage.
Goku then uses Krillin’s Destructo Disc Hexa Blade, which surprises Jiren by slicing the surface he was standing on to pieces. This move created an opening for Goku as he lands a kick to Jiren’s body, sending him flying off the stage.
But Jiren simply gathers himself and flies back to the fight. The approach from Goku forces Jiren to begin to reveal some of his true power. After Jiren made his first move, Vegeta and Goku decide to power up and attack him together. As they powered up to their maximums, Vegeta uses his promise to revive Cabba and his universe as fuel to reach a new level. As a result, Vegeta broke through his shell much like Goku did with Ultra Instinct, revealing his own limit-breaking form.
