Toby had a right to be pissed when Kate told Kevin about the goings on in her life before she shared these important details with him, however the way he went about it was wrong. Really, he chose her birthday dinner to have a tantrum? Kate is a grown-ass woman who can take care of herself. So what if she sometimes chooses to rely on her family? Why should her twin brother not take them out to a fancy dinner? Toby gets a little too sensitive if he feels slighted and he needs to learn that the Pearson family relies on each other.
