Cardi B might be one of the more important feminist working in the business today. Not just because she’s taken the number one spot on the billboard with her debut single, but she’s also been very vocal about her beliefs and where she comes from. She recently re-posted an Instagram rant about people criticizing her body image. Her music also comes from a place of honest reflection of herself as a women, saying “Got a bag and fixed my teeth / Hope you h*es know it ain’t cheap / And I pay my mama bills / I ain’t got no time to chill.”
