Pride and Chris find out that the suspect Tammy and Sebastian stopped said the plan was to dump the drugs into the ocean to be picked up by the Mexican drug cartel. The buyers had already been picked up and were connected to Audubon Industries, the same company buying properties in Clearwater. Rita had discovered they were a shell company.
