10. Eat healthy
When stressed we tend to crave comfort foods like pizza and ice cream that are high in fat and sugars. Partnered with stress, junk food can raise cholesterol and increase the chance of a heart attack. Instead, reach for foods that are high in fiber, carbohydrate-rich and fruits and vegetables. These cause the brain to create more serotonin, which in turn helps to keep us more relaxed.
