9. Visit a senior center
Often those who live in a senior home have families that live far away, that are gone, or who are unavailable. It can be a very lonely life. Taking a few hours out of your week to spend time with the elderly and listen to their stories or walk around the grounds with them, will mean the world to them and you may learn something from someone much more experienced in life than you are.
