In this board game, participant's get to place themselves in the shoes of detectives, figuring out who committed the crime, how and with what item.
In 1949, Parker Brothers bought the U.S. rights to the game and renamed it Clue. It was originally named Cluedo. Disturbing fact, the game "was devised in 1943 by a wartime fire warden named Anthony E. Pratt, who came up with the game while walking his beat in between the Nazi firebombings."
